Common questions
Why do I have to fill out a questionnaire before we talk? ▶
Without it, we'd spend the first 45 minutes of a 90-minute session just on background. The questionnaire lets me come in already knowing your business — so every minute of our time together goes deeper. You get significantly more value for the same investment.
What if I fill it out and then don't want to move forward? ▶
You still get the written summary — it's yours regardless. Many clients find that completing the questionnaire alone gives them their clearest picture yet of where their business stands. That's valuable on its own.
Will you try to sell me something bigger on the call? ▶
No. If a deeper engagement makes sense I'll tell you — and if it doesn't, I'll tell you that too. My goal is to give you a genuinely useful session, not to close a deal. If the most helpful thing is a one-page action plan you can execute yourself, that's what you'll get.
Is this in-person or virtual? ▶
Either works. I'm based in Manor, TX (Austin area) and happy to meet in person locally. For clients outside the Austin area, sessions are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet.
How quickly can we meet after I pay? ▶
I'll reach out within 24 hours of receiving your completed questionnaire to schedule. Most clients get on the calendar within 5–7 business days. If you need something sooner, email me directly and I'll do my best.
